FAA Approved MODIFICATION OF
STANDARD
This 1 February 2006 publication by the
FAA is in direct response to the testing done by the FAA at
Tyndall Air Force Base by the Tyndall ARFF Research
Laboratory of the Phoenixâ
Pulse Deliveryâ
& QuadAgentâ
Technology in 2004. To date AFCT (licensor of
this technology) has the only technology that can meet these
much improved performance standards. A lot of people are
saying they can and they can't, so beware of all claims. Be sure
it has been tested and approved by the FAA as the
Phoenixâ
Pulse Deliveryâ
& QuadAgentâ
Technology has. If your
multi-agent technology does not have this trademark
It is not the real thing and most probably will
not perform to the standards of this new M.O.S.
THIS HIGH
PERFORMANCE DELIVERY TECHNOLOGY HAS NOW BEEN WRITTEN INTO
THE NEW 150-5220/10D. IT CAN BE FOUND UNDER ADDITION
4:13 FOAM/DRY CHEMICAL/CLEAN AGENT SIMULTANEOUS
DELIVERY SYSTEM WITH PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN TABLE
2.
150-5220-10D HAS NOW REPLACED
THE ENGINEERING BRIEF #71 AS SHOWN BELOW.
